About the role

  • This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer, Santa Cruz Warriors.

  • This is a full-time position based onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the partnership team across sales and development functions
  • oversee both existing and new corporate partner relationships and revenue
  • Lead department initiatives, resource allocation, personnel management, and daily department administration
  • Develop and lead the partnership renewal process
  • Execute partner activations and promotions for key accounts as assigned, including planning, implementation, and handling game day requests
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ticket Sales, and Community Relations leaders to establish partnership programs and integrated campaigns
  • implement development strategies to continually engage partners in our business
  • Build and sustain strong partner relationships
  • Manage the partnership team across sales and development functions; oversee both existing and new corporate partner relationships and revenue
  • Develop and lead the partnership renewal process; meet and exceed department goals

Requirements

  • Required Experience and Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace

Nice to have

  • Achieve sponsorship department revenue goals and maximize the sale of fully integrated sponsorships in all major categories
  • contribute to and achieve corporate and department management objectives
  • meet and exceed department goals
  • Serve as liaison to the Golden State Warriors' Partnerships team to help generate ideas and pathways towards multi-property partnerships
  • provide information on inventory, product strategy, and more to grow multi-property partnerships to Santa Cruz
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience, ideally within the sports and/or entertainment industry

Compensation

  • $100,000 + Bonus + Commission
