Requirements
- Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
- Experience with CRM systems ( Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics )
- Experience in aviation, telecom, or technology industries
- Familiarity with provisioning or connectivity services
Nice to have
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Execute service changes (plan updates, upgrades/downgrades, provisioning updates)
- Process agreements (CSA/SSA) and ensure data accuracy
- Identify expansion opportunities based on usage trends and customer needs
- Assist with renewals, retention strategies, and risk mitigation for at-risk accounts
- Follow SOPs and meet SLAs
- Contribute to customer experience improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation
- 28.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly
- Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
- Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
