About the role

This is a full-time, remote position but requires residence within your assigned territory, with the ability to travel in your territory 4-8 times a year or more as needed.

2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
Experience working in a SaaS environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce and/or CRM platforms.
You are a strong communicator, naturally curious, resilient in the face of objections, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth organization.

Experience supporting virtual and in-person event prospecting efforts.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

OTE $90,000-$110,000 (includes base salary of $50,000-$60,000 plus uncapped commission). This role is eligible to participate in the company's variable compensation and equity program.
Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity considerations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
Schedule meetings and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce.
