Responsibilities

  • Partner with Strategy leadership to build brands through full funnel marketing initiatives.
  • Research of relevant data (primary and secondary sources) and thoughtful analysis that can be used to develop communication strategies.
  • Work with cross functional team leads to diagnose our commerce "problem to solve."
  • Assume a key role in developing creative and strategic briefs.
  • Develop shopper journeys and apply their inputs into actionable strategic outputs.
  • Create collaborative and trusted relationships with cross-functional agency team members and client teams.
  • An experienced miner of insights who understands today's consumers and the retail environment they shop in to develop compelling, insight- rich and data-driven strategies that inspire creative and drive purchase.
