About the role

  • Kingsley Management is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.
  • A significant portion of the role will involve the planning, creation, coordination, and publishing of social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging, on-brand execution that reflects current trends and best practices.
  • These technologies help us efficiently identify candidates whose qualifications align with the role, ensuring a fair and consistent evaluation process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital, social media, email, and web channels across multiple brands
  • Develop print-ready designs for signage, brochures, posters, and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy in bleeds, crop marks, and production specifications
  • Support the development and maintenance of social media content calendars, including scheduling and coordinating posts across multiple platforms in alignment with the broader marketing strategy
  • Create and execute end-to-end social media content, from concept development and content creation through to publishing across platforms
  • Support ongoing brand development and ensure consistency across all visual outputs
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
  • Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly while maintaining design integrity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design and content coordination experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and print design work

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific design requirements (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, web, email, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Final Cut Pro considered an asset
