Responsibilities

  • As a Coastline Scheduling Coordinator your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with Orthodontist, orthodontic assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.

  • This role is a part of our travel, some travel to other clinics is required.

  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of office experience desired
  • Legible handwriting
