Responsibilities

- Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and drive adjustments to standards.
- Function as a liaison between departments to provide insight and support process improvement associated with manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Provide analytical support to individual cost center managers
- Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and costing and support cost related reporting and analysis.
- Support the standard costing process by measuring internal processes and capturing consumption; responsible for ad-hoc cost roll updates in NetSuite
- Own the analysis and reporting of inventory tracking

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study
- 2-4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Ability to articulate clearly with professional oral and written communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of foundational experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or inventory control analyst in a manufacturing environment.
- As a member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in cross-functional teamwork.
