Responsibilities
- Lead and manage direct account and architecture teams to drive portfolio profitability and achieve multi-year sales growth objectives.
- Direct resource utilization and team skill-building to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities and quota attainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, a Master's degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years.
- 2+ years of direct supervisory or people management experience.
- Experience managing sales growth and portfolio profitability for complex technology accounts.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, business plan review, and data-driven account strategy development.
- Experience leading product and services strategies across a broad technology portfolio.
- We operate with a high degree of corporate interlock, collaborating closely with specialist, partner, and virtual teams to deliver complex deals.

Compensation
- The starting salary range posted for this position is $348,200.00 to $439,600.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benef

- Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
- 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
