About the role
- Ops Production Coordinator - Debit Card Ops (Onsite) Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment.
- The Senior Operations Production Coordinator will be responsible for processing daily debit card exception transactions and completing TRIPS queue work.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment while displaying sound judgment in decision making.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 1 year of data entry experience
- At least 1 year of banking or financial industry experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong communication skills required to interact with internal partners
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work in a team environment is a must

Nice to have
- At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- At least 2 years of experience in banking or the financial industry
- At least 1 year of escalations experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a back office or data entry role
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

- Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
