About the role

Household Assistance: Perform routine household tasks, including, but not limited to, making beds, dusting, washing dishes, vacuuming, cleaning floors, and maintaining kitchen and bathroom cleanliness, in accordance with the care plan.
Training and Development: Attend within program requirements and budget at least 12 hours of in-service training each year to enhance skills and knowledge in caregiving and participant support.
Contribute to additional responsibilities as needed to support In-Home Care participants and initiatives and overall organizational goals, ensuring flexibility and alignment with CASL's evolving needs.
Empowerment: Support staff empowerment through skill development and growth opportunities.
CASL provides all necessary training and ongoing support.

This position offers an hourly rate of $19.50. ✔ $200 Internal Referral Bonus: As an HCA at CASL, if you know someone who would be a great addition to our HCA team, refer them to CASL!

This position complies with Cook County's Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, offering accrued sick leave to eligible employees.
