Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise field plumbing crews, including journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate field documentation including timecards, daily reports, and material tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of plumbing experience in commercial mechanical construction.
- Prior supervisory or foreman experience required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems and plumbing codes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and documents.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and field management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or equivalent).
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (state-specific).
Nice to have
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
