You will be responsible for supporting engineering project implementation and process improvements.
This work includes process development, commissioning and troubleshooting of post process equipment and various forms of data collection.

Support the improvement projects for product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions including scrap reduction.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes for manufacturing parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
Use data-driven root cause and corrective action tools to drive solutions. support product cost reduction projects.

Experience in Metal Additive Manufacturing.
Hands on machining experience.
