- You will be responsible for supporting engineering project implementation and process improvements.
- This work includes process development, commissioning and troubleshooting of post process equipment and various forms of data collection.
Responsibilities
- Support the improvement projects for product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions including scrap reduction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes for manufacturing parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
- Use data-driven root cause and corrective action tools to drive solutions. support product cost reduction projects.
