This role will report to the Director, Advanced Manufacturing and will be based in Newark, DE.

Lead the new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
Lead the DfX / DfM and Product integration functions for the AME team in DE.
Collaborate with process and design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
Oversee equipment build and test processes, including POC's and other experiments to ensure new equipment meets all targeted specifications.
Ability to lead new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Integration Engineer to drive, DfX / DFM / NPI readiness for current and future products, ensuring smooth product to equipment integration and scalable manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
MS or PhD in engineering field or applied science preferred.
10+ years of experience in equipment and process development, and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
Knowledge of DfX, DfM and/or Product integration functions.
Experience with equipment suppliers management and process stabilization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with global teams and travel up to 10-20%.
Experience in high-volume large format manufacturing is a plus.
