- This role will report to the Director, Advanced Manufacturing and will be based in Newark, DE.
Responsibilities
- Lead the new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
- Lead the DfX / DfM and Product integration functions for the AME team in DE.
- Collaborate with process and design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
- Oversee equipment build and test processes, including POC's and other experiments to ensure new equipment meets all targeted specifications.
- Ability to lead new process development, test, and launch of proprietary equipment.
- Ability to collaborate with process, design and NPI teams to develop and integrate process specifications.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- MS or PhD in engineering field or applied science preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in equipment and process development, and integration for R&D and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of DfX, DfM and/or Product integration functions.
- Experience with equipment suppliers management and process stabilization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with global teams and travel up to 10-20%.
- Experience in high-volume large format manufacturing is a plus.
