Responsibilities
- Lead and scale high-performing global engineering teams
- Drive AI-native engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovation
- Own end-to-end delivery across performance, scalability, security, and operations
- Partner closely with Product and leadership to deliver customer-focused outcomes

Requirements
- Proven senior engineering leadership experience (VP/SVP level) in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Strong track record delivering cloud-native and AI-driven products at scale
- Deep technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture and engineering practices
- Experience leading large, global, distributed teams
- 15+ years in software engineering with at least 7 years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP/SVP Engineering, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in industrial, sustainability, or operational intelligence domains.
Compensation
- $230,000 - $350,000 + 30% bonus
