About the role

  • As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults.
  • Operating within a unified framework of brain health science, you will conduct thorough 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations paired with Measurement-Based Care in a rapid access clinical environment.
  • Working in tight, real-time alignment with our Care Coordination team, you will diagnose complex psychiatric conditions, initiate and monitor psychopharmacological stabilization, and seamlessly route patients into appropriate care pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs.
  • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and other non-pharmacologic approaches.
  • Maintain an active intake schedule with follow up visits.
  • Collaborate with the other team members to provide optimal care.

Requirements

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation) is highly preferred.
  • Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in California (NP103 status is preferred, but not required).

Compensation

  • The compensation for this position includes:
  • Salary: $140,000 annually. This role is also eligible for a quarterly productivity bonus, with on-target earnings of approximately $20,000 annually.
