About the role
- This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, and you will be responsible for defining how millions of businesses -from SMBs to global enterprises- and business riders experience Uber for Business for the first time.
- You will be responsible for defining the global web strategy, running high-impact optimization experiments, and improving the end-to-end web journey.
- Our ideal candidate is a strategic, self-starter who has firsthand experience setting and executing global web strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive Web Strategy & Evolution: Continually optimize and evolve the Uber for Business website to reflect our brand story, treating it as a dynamic, experiment-driven product that guides businesses at all stages of the decision-making cycle.
- Optimize the Customer Journey: Continuously improve the end-to-end digital web journey from first touch through dashboard sign-up and product activation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the technical web and engineering teams to drive information architecture, identify infrastructure gaps, and ensure robust website functionality.
- Organic & Search Presence: Support SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, ensuring Uber for Business shows up prominently where businesses are actively looking for solutions.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Lead brainstorm and prioritization exercises to define business requirements and manage a short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap for our global web footprint.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate across Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure web experiences perfectly align with product launches, incorporate strong value propositions, and support paid acquisition campaigns.

Requirements
- 5-7+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in web/digital marketing, ideally in global, multi-market web strategy.
- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and put together global web recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
