About the role

  • This role is responsible for managing import and export procedures to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customs compliance, logistics, or supply chain management involving textile products is essential.
  • Familiarity with international trade laws and regulations is crucial.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • working knowledge of Cognos and Net Systems.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Proficiency in using compliance software and tools is also beneficial.

Nice to have

  • A Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, business, or a related field is typically preferred.

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $70,000
