Ensure HR training for supervisors.
Assist supervisors with corrective action/performance improvement plan reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field
Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management.

Employee relations contact for day to day Responsible for conflict resolution efforts.
Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations.
Ensure Federal & State Wage and Hour Compliance.
Function as the "hands on" HR Manager for one or more operation.
Assist in resolution of employee issues to resolve issues.
Ensure operations are in compliance with OSHA standards.
Provide assistance with start-ups and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
Ensure Enterprise system has accurate employee data.
Ensure compliance of training standards are met.
Ensure compliance goals and standards are met.
