About the role
- Manager, Portfolio Growth & Enablement, this role assists in preparing documentation, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and tracking projects through investment governance processes.
- The Specialist plays a key operational role in ensuring funding packages are complete, accurate, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Capital Enablement Support
- Support validation of financial inputs in collaboration with Finance and Investment teams.
- Support collaboration across Legal, Risk, and governance stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness.
- Track project progress through capital approval workflows and maintain status updates.
- Maintain records of approvals, conditions, assumptions, and governance decisions.
- Requirements & Readiness Support
- Maintain standardized enablement tracking tools and approval logs.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements
- Travel may be required.
- 3-6 years of experience in capacity planning, capital planning support, portfolio analytics, or infrastructure-related roles.
- Experience supporting business case documentation, governance tracking, or investment submissions.
- Experience a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace where your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.
- The Portfolio Enablement Specialist supports execution of capital funding requests and project approvals required to deliver the global capacity roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- Experience within data center, cloud, telecommunications, or infrastructure-intensive environments preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, ERP, CRM/CPQ, or financial planning tools preferred.
Compensation
- NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
- Base salary for this position is $123,000.00 - $150,000.00.
- All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

- A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
