About the role

Manager, Portfolio Growth & Enablement, this role assists in preparing documentation, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and tracking projects through investment governance processes.
The Specialist plays a key operational role in ensuring funding packages are complete, accurate, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Capital Enablement Support
Support validation of financial inputs in collaboration with Finance and Investment teams.
Support collaboration across Legal, Risk, and governance stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness.
Track project progress through capital approval workflows and maintain status updates.
Maintain records of approvals, conditions, assumptions, and governance decisions.
Requirements & Readiness Support
Maintain standardized enablement tracking tools and approval logs.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Travel may be required.
3-6 years of experience in capacity planning, capital planning support, portfolio analytics, or infrastructure-related roles.
Experience supporting business case documentation, governance tracking, or investment submissions.

The Portfolio Enablement Specialist supports execution of capital funding requests and project approvals required to deliver the global capacity roadmap.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not required.
Experience within data center, cloud, telecommunications, or infrastructure-intensive environments preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, ERP, CRM/CPQ, or financial planning tools preferred.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
Base salary for this position is $123,000.00 - $150,000.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
