- In this strategic role, you will define how our technologies are integrated into utility-scale energy storage solutions, including emerging Solid State Transformer (SST) architectures.
Responsibilities
- Emerging Solid State Transformer (SST) designs
- Partner with Product Management and R&D to define future semiconductor product requirements.
- Develop reference architectures, technical collateral, and solution blueprints.
- Support Application Engineering and Field Application Engineers on complex customer challenges.
- Influence technology strategy, design wins, and long-term business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Strong expertise in:
Nice to have
- Experience with utility-scale BESS or Power Conversion Systems (PCS).
- Knowledge of Solid State Transformers (SST) or next-generation energy conversion technologies.
- Proficiency with PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar modeling tools.
- Familiarity with standards such as UL 9540, UL 1741, IEC 62933, and grid interconnection requirements.
- Experience presenting at technical conferences or publishing industry papers.

Compensation
- $123,100 - $190,780 The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
