  • Certification: ACLS and Stroke Certification preferred.

  • You will assist with in-basket inquiries within the electronic health record and necessary phone calls to patients and other providers within the ministry to assist in managing patients care.
  • You will provide inpatients that are late day discharges with scheduled appointments and bedside education prior to their discharge from the hospital.
