About the role
- This role blends Intune engineering with automation /AI, CI/CD awareness, and continuous improvement in a multi-customer environment.
- Endpoint security policies and baselines
- Apple Device Management (ABM / ADE / VPP)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for Windows and mobile devices
- Build, manage, and maintain:
- Support Windows provisioning workflows, including Autopilot-related processes
- Support and administer Apple Business Manager (ABM) integrations with Microsoft Intune
- Manage Apple enrollment workflows, including Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
- Support VPP app procurement, assignments, and deployment troubleshooting
- Maintain and document repeatable enrollment standards and operational procedures for Apple devices
- Create and maintain automation for common Intune and endpoint management tasks
- Build scripts and repeatable processes to reduce manual portal work and improve consistency
- Standardized build, deployment, and configuration practices
Nice to have
- Experience in a managed services or multi-customer environment
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience managing Apple devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) & Intune
- High-impact role with ownership over modern endpoint management strategy and execution
- A team culture focused on continuous improvement, standardization, and smart use of emerging tools (including AI)
- MD-102 Certification
- Bachelor's Degree
