About the role
- The Resident Maintenance Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on ASRS, Dematic Multi-shuttle and Conveyors.
- Acts as a material handling technician on all equipment installed at the Tracy, CA facility.
- This position will start on swing shift working 2:00PM to 10:30 PM Sunday - Thursday with occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and component lubrication.
- Build and close work orders in the asset management system with appropriate data, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- An associate's degree or vocational technical training is helpful.
- Proven experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of key responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
Nice to have
- Specialized skill training/certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
Compensation

- The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30 to $35 an hour at the time of posting.
