About the role
- This role provides hands‑on exposure to full‑cycle recruiting, university relations, and HR operations.
- The intern assists with day‑to‑day recruiting activities, events, projects, and administrative tasks that contribute to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- This internship is ideal for students exploring a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support initial resume reviews, pre‑screening efforts, and candidate communication.
- Help prepare job postings, update requisitions, and maintain accurate applicant data within the ATS.
- Support internship program activities such as onboarding, orientation, communications, check‑ins, and wrap‑up events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
- Help maintain recruiting dashboards, weekly reporting, and tracking documents.
- Support broader HR and TA projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- Comfort with technology
- experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
