Alliance (TOA) is a dynamic, results-focused Community Action Agency providing approximately 50 integrated community-based and clinical programs serving more than 20,000 people annually throughout the state of Maine.
Through an extensive array of services, TOA provides opportunities for individuals to stabilize fragile situations and then works with them to achieve self-sufficiency.

Build rapport by creating a safe, non-judgmental space for help seekers
De-escalate crisis situations and develop stabilization plans
Collaborate with supervisors and community partners to support care
Mission: The Opportunity Alliance works with people to build better lives and stronger communities.
We provide advocacy, leadership, and support to identify the goals and address the needs of individuals, families, and communities.

Ability to obtain MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of hire (training provided)
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations
Comfort using technology while engaging in live conversations
Familiarity with crisis intervention practices and DSM concepts
Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate equipment required
Ability to pass required background and registry checks
