Responsibilities

  • Build rapport by creating a safe, non-judgmental space for help seekers
  • De-escalate crisis situations and develop stabilization plans
  • Collaborate with supervisors and community partners to support care
  • Mission: The Opportunity Alliance works with people to build better lives and stronger communities.
  • We provide advocacy, leadership, and support to identify the goals and address the needs of individuals, families, and communities.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of hire (training provided)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations
  • Comfort using technology while engaging in live conversations
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention practices and DSM concepts
  • Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate equipment required
  • Ability to pass required background and registry checks
