About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with clinical line leaders to ensure quality, clinical excellence, and streamlined approaches across all sites in designated region/area.
- Ensure the implementation and sustenance of best practices and evidence-based protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
- Analyze site margin monthly and YTD reporting and identifying any areas in need of action plans, focus, efficiency improvements, additional support, and/or strategic planning.
- Implement and ensure enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure child safety and minimize liability.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to therapy enrollment, attendance, outcomes, and other key performance indicators for sites within designated area. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to therapy and ABA services, such as patient satisfaction, outcomes, retention, and financial performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.

- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and technology.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing developmental preschool programs.
- Ability to function independently in all aspects, including project identification, evaluation, and coordination with management and internal departments.
- Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive manner.
