About the role

As a Product Analyst at COUNTRY Financial, you will be a key member of our Market Management team, reporting to the Market Analytics Supervisor.
In this role, you will help Market Managers better understand product performance, market dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities across Personal and Commercial lines.
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and motivated to understand the "why" behind the numbers.

You will be expected to investigate patterns, challenge surface-level conclusions, ask thoughtful questions, and translate data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

You'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, problem-solving, technical growth, and the ability to connect data-driven insights to real business questions.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience with Python for advanced analytics, automation, and data processing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Experience with forecasting and modeling.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and cloud-based analytics environments is a plus.

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
$78,800-$108,350
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
