Responsibilities
- Partner closely with client services and programmatic teams to deliver client-first recommendations and provide day-to-day programmatic expertise.
- Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of your sponsored campaigns.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain effective client relationships by communicating performance insights and strategic opportunities.
- Act as a proactive self-starter who can independently manage workflows while collaborating across teams.
- Support the development and execution of programmatic strategy to drive performance and achieve client goals.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their growth.
- In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, manage complex campaigns, and provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their development and ensure strong team performance.

Requirements
- 4+ years of programmatic media experience, preferably across CTV, Display, and Video, with exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH.
- A minimum of 3 years' paid marketing / ecommerce experience.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is required.
- Demonstrated experience guiding or mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar ad-tech platforms.
- Experience supporting or contributing to client pitches, audits, or strategic presentations.

- Hands-on programmatic trading experience within retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
- While DEPT® is a remote-first company, this role requires candidates to be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
- Exceptional deck-building and storytelling abilities.
- Skills in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
