About the role
- Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst in Midland, TX, reporting to the Director of Treasury.
- This position will be responsible for supporting both the daily cash management of the organization and administration of the company's hedge portfolio.
- This position is also responsible for preparing debt compliance documentation and supporting treasury operations related to liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain the company's hedge portfolio, including commodity and interest rate derivatives.
- Assist with account opening, closing, and maintenance in coordination with bank partners.
- Help evaluate and implement treasury tools and technologies to streamline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 or more years of experience in treasury, finance, or related areas.
- Familiarity with debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting.
- Ability to oversee daily cash flows and ensure operational liquidity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Calculate financial covenants and assist in the submission of required reports to lenders.
Nice to have
- Exposure to both cash management and hedge portfolio administration.
- Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP platforms.
