About the role

  • Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst in Midland, TX, reporting to the Director of Treasury.
  • This position will be responsible for supporting both the daily cash management of the organization and administration of the company's hedge portfolio.
  • This position is also responsible for preparing debt compliance documentation and supporting treasury operations related to liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain the company's hedge portfolio, including commodity and interest rate derivatives.
  • Assist with account opening, closing, and maintenance in coordination with bank partners.
  • Help evaluate and implement treasury tools and technologies to streamline

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience in treasury, finance, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to oversee daily cash flows and ensure operational liquidity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Calculate financial covenants and assist in the submission of required reports to lenders.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to both cash management and hedge portfolio administration.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP platforms.
