Responsibilities
- Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service every shift
- Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards
- Support marketing efforts to grow sales
Compensation
- This means, among other things, that the independent franchisee is alone responsible for and will independently make all decisions concerning employment matters for the store, including those relating to hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, compensation and benefits, staffing, and scheduling.
