About the role

  • Commerce is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Go To Market (GTM) Business Applications team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and document Salesforce solutions using a declarative-first approach, escalating to custom development where configuration reaches its limits.
  • Participate in code reviews and help establish and maintain development standards for the team.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems, including marketing automation platforms and external APIs.
  • Support a healthy engineering culture - advocate for modern practices, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborative and communicative - you work well with technical and non-technical stakeholders and can translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketo-Salesforce integration (a meaningful plus given our stack).
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Zuora, or subscription billing workflows.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Communities) or Knowledge.
  • CTI platform experience (Five9, Genesys, or similar).
  • Exposure to Salesforce Industries or Revenue Cloud.
  • Understanding of ALM processes and code promotion in a multi-sandbox environment.
