Responsibilities

  • Lead project kick-off meetings, organizing stakeholders and creating agendas that clearly define tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines across multiple departments, continuously updating to ensure timely delivery.
  • Anticipate risks and collaborate with project teams to proactively identify solutions.
  • Lead internal and external status meetings, providing detailed reports with KPIs and project charters.
  • Build strong relationships with shared services teams, including Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, and Circulation.
  • Manage execution of projects across product families: digital, print, video, virtual and live events, and custom programs.

Requirements

  • This role requires strong organization, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to proactively anticipate risks while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

  • 4-5+ years of project management or similar experience required.
  • Workfront or similar project management software experience preferred.

Skills

  • Clear oral and written communication
  • strong leadership, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • proven conflict resolution and consensus-building ability
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot)
  • ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.

  • Hybrid position based in Cranbury, NJ. Travel up to 10% for event and video program management.

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
  • Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
  • The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
