About the role

- This individual will report into our Inventory Control Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Replenishment Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift start-up meetings and relaying any staffing/volume concerns to the Inventory Control Manager
- Execute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Inventory Control Manager to support the growth
- All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment
- Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures
- Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to work independently, multitask and follow process and standard procedures
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day

Compensation
- $66,000 - $83,000 per year
- 196,000 sq. ft. in Reno, NV at 9460 N.
