You bring the clinical excellence; we handle the infrastructure.

Lead functional assessments, design evidence-based intervention plans, and deliver high-quality supervision-staying close to the families and clients you serve.
Partner with our backend experts to navigate Ontario-specific billing, OAP requirements, and payor submissions-so you don't have to.
Join a network of experienced Finni clinicians for continuous training, strategy sessions, and peer support.
You get the hands-on impact of working with kids and families every day, with the backing of a world-class support team behind you.
Direct Family Care: Lead functional assessments, design evidence-based intervention plans, and deliver high-quality supervision-staying close to the families and clients you serve.
Help Build the Foundation: Work with our team to set the standard for Finni's Canadian operations, from clinical guidelines to local community presence.

We handle lead generation so you walk into a "warm" caseload from day one.

Clinical Excellence: A proven track record of high-quality care, strong parent satisfaction, and a Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
Credentials: Valid BCBA Certification (required) and a solid understanding of the Ontario clinical landscape.
