About the role
- Solink is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to help shape our Devices & Infrastructure portfolio.
- Your work will directly impact customer trust, system resilience, and Solink's ability to scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and own portions of Solink's strategy, aligning technical investments with company growth and security objectives.
- Develop and prioritize a clear, outcome-driven roadmap for projects including hardware devices, cloud infrastructure, platform services, and reliability initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and SecDevOps to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience within a SaaS environment, with direct ownership of platform, infrastructure, hardware or cloud-based products.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

- Must-Have
- Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture, distributed systems, scalability patterns, and reliability engineering (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience).
- Recent and relevant experience using AI tools to conduct research, market analysis and develop high-quality, informed prototypes to accelerate product development
- Proven experience building and executing technical roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance considerations, and modern cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and manage trade-offs across cost, performance, and risk.
- Comfort operating in a hands-on, highly technical environment - able to engage deeply with engineers and architects.
- High emotional intelligence and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, model deployment workflows, or large-scale data systems.
- Exposure to observability, DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
