- Manager, Influencer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to coordinator(s) in the influencer division, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success.
- Develop organic target lists, such as invite lists and gifting lists, with a focus on quality and positive feedback, requiring minimal edits.
- Manage organic efforts with influencers, such as gifting programs and event invites, to yield measurable results for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain 4-5 solid relationships within the influencer space, with a focus on expanding your network further.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related area.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms such as GPS, MightyScout, Julius, Fashion Monitor, and Celeb Intelligence.
- The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of agency or in-house experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Annual Compensation
- $55K - $65K commensurate with experience
