Your Team, Your Impact Marvell is seeking a senior communications leader to shape and execute a global strategy that elevates the company's brand, reputation and executive voice.

Experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile communications initiatives
Ability to translate complex technical and business topics into compelling messages that resonate with journalists and their audiences
Experience navigating complex, fast-paced and high-growth environments
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across complex, matrixed organizations

Marvell may be required to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State.

12-15+ years of B2B communications experience
semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
Combination of in-house and agency experience is a plus, offering both strategic perspective and executional agility

Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, including preparing them for media engagements, speaking opportunities and thought leadership
Oversee press releases, media events, interviews, speaking engagements, awards and blogs
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and media sentiment to inform strategy
Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.
