Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Director of Finance Technology and partner daily with functional leads across ERP, billing, RevRec, and integrations.

  • Drive billing accuracy initiatives - reduce invoice defect rate, credit memo volume, and billing reruns through structured product improvements
  • Partner with the Billing/O2C functional specialist and ERP functional analyst to translate Finance requirements into prioritized engineering backlog

  • Support tax automation extension and evaluate pricing system requirements for potential M&A integration scenarios

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management, with at least 3 years owning enterprise finance systems - ERP, billing engines, or revenue recognition platforms in a SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience with Netsuite (GL/AP/AR) or equivalent ERP, and a billing engine (Logisense, Zuora, or similar) - able to speak to configuration tradeoffs, not just outcomes
  • Track record of driving billing accuracy and close efficiency improvements through system change, not just process workarounds
  • Experience partnering directly with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations stakeholders - you speak their language and can translate business constraints into engineering requirements
  • Experience with SFDC CPQ or equivalent quoting/pricing configuration
  • Familiarity with tax integration systems (Avalara, Vertex) and how configuration changes propagate through billing and ERP
