Responsibilities
- Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Social Services AND
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer service environment OR
- The ability to clear required background check
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to travel up to 3 0%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities
- Flexible schedule; Ability to travel up to 3 0%
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in social services, Liberal Arts, or Business.
- Experience working with the proposed age group
- Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
- An ability to learn new technology tools quickly (e.g., database and web-based tools)
- This position is virtual with some required travel for professional development and for testing.
- Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required.
- S UPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
- Will consider applicants from a surrounding state to Ohio within one hundred miles from the Ohio border.
