Responsibilities
- Marketing Lead Mission:
- Develop compelling stories that highlight farmer impact, staff expertise, and organizational outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to identify stories that demonstrate measurable impact.
- Digital Communications Manage and continuously improve Pasa's website strategy, content, and user experience.
- Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms.
- Support rapid-response communications when needed.
- Fundraising & Organizational Support Partner closely with Development staff to create integrated fundraising campaigns.

Compensation
- This is a full time salary exempt position.
- Annual salary for this position is $78,750.
- For individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish, a $1,000 per year bonus will be paid annually (up to five years) on the employee anniversary date.
