- Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, preventing downtime, and working hands-on with industrial machinery?
- Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our coil processing operations.
Responsibilities
- Support critical coil processing operations, including maintenance of:
- Perform and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
- Complete facility and building maintenance projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and repair documentation.
- Partner with operations teams to improve equipment performance, safety, and productivity.
- Support Lean manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform all work safely while following company policies and PPE requirements.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with coil processing equipment such as slitters, rewinders, packaging systems, or similar machinery preferred.
