About the role

The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.
This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.

Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities
Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy
Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives
Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems
Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support
Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices
Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments
Operational Support & Governance
Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance

Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes
Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
Korean bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure accurate understanding of business and operational requirements.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred
Bilingual Korean/English is required
