About the role
- The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.
- This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities
- Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy
- Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives
- Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems
- Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support
- Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices
- Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments
- Operational Support & Governance
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance
Requirements
- Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes
- Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
- Korean bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure accurate understanding of business and operational requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred
- Bilingual Korean/English is required

Compensation
- $106,000 - $113,000 USD
