About the role

  • We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility.
  • This role is responsible for supervising all warehouse operations including inventory management, receiving, material handling, product packaging, and shipping.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate warehouse records in the inventory management system.
  • Create, improve, monitor and reinforce adherence to standard work and organizational standards to ensure safety, quality, output, and productivity in all aspects of warehouse operations.
  • Lead and support company EPIC values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, transactions, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in packaging operations and materials handling.
  • Working knowledge of HazMat and IATA requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
  • Hands-on, proactive, and lead by example.
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems (ERP).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Formal continuous improvement training and experiences highly desirable (Lean)

Compensation
