About the role
- We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility.
- This role is responsible for supervising all warehouse operations including inventory management, receiving, material handling, product packaging, and shipping.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate warehouse records in the inventory management system.
- Create, improve, monitor and reinforce adherence to standard work and organizational standards to ensure safety, quality, output, and productivity in all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Lead and support company EPIC values.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, transactions, and problem-solving.
- Experience in packaging operations and materials handling.
- Working knowledge of HazMat and IATA requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Hands-on, proactive, and lead by example.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems (ERP).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Formal continuous improvement training and experiences highly desirable (Lean)

Compensation
