Requirements
- A track record of shipping products that users actually used - including at least one that failed, with a clear understanding of why it mattered
- The ability to ramp quickly, operate in ambiguity, and act with a strong bias to action.
- Experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering, and genuine energy from that kind of work
Skills
