Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults - all online, covered by most insurance.
Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we have a place for you on our Illinois team.
What this role looks like You'll carry a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week depending on whether you choose part-time or full-time.

Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team - therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
We're looking for therapists who want to do this work well - with a team that actually supports them.
We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and we believe the quality of care kids receive is directly tied to how well we support the people delivering it.

Medical, dental, and vision (full-time eligible)
$300 annual CEU reimbursement
$25,000 company-paid life insurance
Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Full-Time or Part-Time
Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
