About the role

This role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing & Logistics.
Analyst translates business needs into system and reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Drive data-informed decision-making by translating business needs into scalable analytical and system solutions.
Identify process and system gaps, generate actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to enhance operational performance.
Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and SQL to monitor KPIs and reveal trends.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize systems, improve data quality, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data models, and reporting logic to support scalability and long-term success.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
