Responsibilities

  • These experts, working across corporations, government agencies, and universities, come together to support and strengthen the global information security community.
  • Lead the development and execution of email and social media strategies for SANS training programs and quarterly promotional campaigns.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive marketing content calendar for SANS training initiatives, ensuring alignment across campaigns, optimized audience targeting, and coordinated launch schedules.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to North America Marketing Leadership to drive continuous optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal clients and business partners to ensure strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and effective execution of marketing objectives across the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications.
  • Interest in emerging marketing technologies, including AI and large language models (LLMs), with a desire to expand expertise.
  • Experience working or marketing live events
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet and Tableau
  • Employment eligibility in the United States is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
