About the role

  • Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") is a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate.

  • The Vice President, Investments (Dispositions) at Link Logistics is responsible for evaluating, preparing, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone's US Industrial Portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the operations team during due diligence through deal closing, serving as the primary deal lead.
  • Oversee, mentor, and develop junior staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in investments or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus (AE).
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts used to evaluate investments and build models, such as simple cash flow analyses, time value of money, return on investment, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience managing full deal lifecycle, including underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing processes.
  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines preferred. Other majors will be considered.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience leading real estate transactions, including sourcing, negotiations, and execution of asset dispositions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams, including legal, asset management, and operations partners.

Nice to have

  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines preferred.

Compensation

  • $180,000 - $200,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.
