  • Job Description: Our Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing product installations throughout the Greater Roanoke, VA area, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability.
  • The Field Superintendent works with both in-house staff and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • The Field Superintendent also works with sales personnel to provide technical expertise, and interfaces with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Due to the size of the area covered, must be available for occasional (10-20%) overnight travel.

Nice to have

  • A degree in construction management and/or experience in managing commercial construction projects is preferred.

Compensation

  • $10k-$20k
