Responsibilities
- Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable
- Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways
- Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution
- Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features (own the contract, not necessarily the deep implementation)
- Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance - contribute to code reviews and raise the UI/UX bar across the team
- Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that's an example to other engineers
- Strong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, responsive/accessible UI
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React/Angular/Vue as your primary discipline
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of - or genuine eagerness to learn - backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python)
- Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) a plus, not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough
- Proficient in JavaScript, with strong fundamentals in async programming and modern language features
- Experience with TypeScript, using static typing and interfaces to build reliable, maintainable code
